SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES : Shipping is calculated by country and estimated volumetric weight of the final package. All shipping/delivery & handling charges are non-refundable.
Hauslos.de currently delivers to German, European and international customers. Our delivery options are as follows:

The cost of any shipping rates are added to your order at checkout.
We ship our packages via Deutsche Post DHL Group (DPDHL) for both local and international orders. A tracking number will be provided when you choose to ship your items with registered mail. Once your order was shipped, you can go to relevant websites to track down your shipment with the tracking code shown on your waybill. Should you require additional insurance, please do let us know beforehand and we can advise or provide alternative shipping options.
*Should you prefer the normal mail option (without tracking), please do understand that the risk of lost packages/mail will be borne solely by you, the buyer.
Should you have any queries regarding which shipping option to select, or have mistakenly selected the wrong shipping options, please email us for clarification and rectification.
Hauslos.de is not responsible for items once they have been shipped. Any issues with loss of items will have to be reported to the relevant transportation and postal authorities.

IMPORT CHARGES : Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE : We usually start processing orders as soon as they are received. We dispatch orders Monday through Saturday noon. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 working days though it may take longer in certain circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be processed the next working day. Note: Delivery to rural addresses may take an additional day or two.
Pre-order items from Shoparellas will be shipped within 2-4 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
Shoparellas will purchases its products directly from authorised distributors upon payment verification, it is not possible to cancel the order once it is placed.
In stock item from Hauslose.de will be shipped within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
If you purchase a pre-order item along with other item/s, your order will not be shipped out. Your order will be held in dispatch until your pre-order item arrives.
If you would like your items to be shipped out seperately from your pre-order item, you will need to make two seperate purchases.
If you order multiple pre-order items with different release dates at the same time, all items will be shipped together after the last product to be released.
Working Day means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, Christmas Day and public holidays in Germany and the shipping destination.
Since all products are sent from Germany, the estimated delivery time may be affected by special festivals, public holidays in Germany and the shipping destination, and major worldwide shopping events such as Double 11 Chinese Online Shopping Carnival and Black Friday, or Christmas statutory holidays.
OUT OF STOCK: In the event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss available options.
ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING: To minimize our environmental footprint to help protect the planet for future generations, we will use recycled bubble wrap, cardboard box and biodegradable materials as possible when packing up your products.
MINOR DAMAGE TO PACKAGING: We will try our best to pack your orders with care in order to reduce the chances of damage in transit. However,there are circumstances that can cause minor damage to packaging which are unavoidable.
DELAY CAUSED BY EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL: We will purchase your pre-ordered items directly from our suppliers upon payment verification, usually we will ship your order within 2-4 business days (in German time ). Sometimes it may take 5-7days by various reasons.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An Event Outside Our Control is defined below:
An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control,which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport, government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo.
The force majeure also includes out of stock, damage, missing and wrong items from suppliers, customs inspection, government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract:
(a) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and
(b) our obligations under a Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.
Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
RECIPIENT'S SIGNATURE: For security reasons, deliveries may require a signature upon receipt of order. If you will not be at your usual address during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card with written information on where and when you should collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe (usually 7 days or after 3 delivery attempts), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and pay for the costs incurred in resending the parcel.
